Each lesson varies in length, so you can watch anywhere between 1 and 3 lessons per group session, depending on the group. You can give each person a workbook, make copies of the lesson worksheets, or have members download a PDF of the worksheets to their phones. It's up to you!

About Fred and Andrea...
Fred is the Founder of Foundations Christian Counseling Services and serves as the Counseling Pastor of Cornerstone Community Church. Fred is also the author of The Black & White Thinking Christian.
Andrea is an Intermediate School Counselor. At their home church, Andrea serves as the Worship Team Coordinator, VBS Coordinator, co-leads the Women's Ministry, and leads several women's Bible Studies.
Together, they founded Intimate Connection Ministries and serve as Intimacy Coaches for couples. Fred & Andrea have been married for 30 years and have twin adult sons, Benjamin & Caleb, and a dog named Milton.

Frequently Asked Questions
For best results, it would be great to take it together. However, one spouse can take this course alone and implement all that is learned. Personal change will also change a marriage!
You won't need trained facilitators, however it would be wise to have an experienced couple to facilitate. The videos will speak for themselves, however you will need a person to lead discussions (questions are included in the Leader's Guide).
Once you register, you will be sent a link to your personal portal where you can watch the pre-recorded videos whenever and wherever you like (as long as there is internet).
Of course! Pastors or counselors can assign the videos for couples before marriage or while married. There will only be one church login, so the email and password will need to be shared.
Fred will be available to address technical issues with the course and for couples coaching (at an additional cost). You can also join our Facebook group and post questions for support there! (email@intimateconnection.org)
The course has over 4 hours of biblically-grounded content. Each lesson is between 7 and 19 minutes each, so we typically recommend 2-3 lessons per Group meeting or Sunday School Teaching. This will allow 2-3 Group Sessions per Module (typically 5 lessons each). In the Leader Guide, you will see our suggestions for you, however you have the freedom to watch as many videos as your time allows. For retreats, you may want to watch 1 Module per session. The course is Designed2bFlexible, so it's up to you!!!
Minimal. You will receive a Leader's Guide that contains group discussion questions for every session. Participants can either download the session worksheets or you can provide them with a downloadable workbook to bring to each session. The main preparation time will be any additional activities you may wish to include, such as games, prayer, or other introductions.

Yes, but... Pastors or counselors can assign this course for couples in counseling, however they would need to share the church login with the couple.
